International brand guru, best selling author and a buddy sent me a copy of her latest book, you are like shampoo (fantastically inspiring and full of ideas).

Here’s one – learning more about your clients, their personalities, preferences, ideas views, values, needs and wants will not only arm you with golden information but also opens the doors for new  product ideas, value adding initiatives, unique point of difference benefits and as she pointed out, getting people to talk about themselves is a great sales technique.

Many sales people (who can and should be used for the survey) repeat doubling sales.

Dale Carnigy said if you get people talking about themselves then they will like you immediately.
